Amanda Cook

Amanda Cook is an experienced fundraising professional with a strong background in major gifts and individual giving. Currently serving as the Director of Major Gifts at ZooTampa at Lowry Park since July 2021, Amanda previously held the position of Manager of Major and Individual Giving at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo from April 2012. Prior experience includes working as a Major Gifts Project Coordinator at the American Heart Association from January 2011 to April 2012, and as Deputy Finance Coordinator for the Marion County Republican Central Committee and Greater Indianapolis Republican Finance Committee from January 2008 to March 2011. Amanda holds a degree in Sociology with a focus on Non-Profit Management from Indiana University Indianapolis, completed in 2008.
