Nicole Bolijn

Nicole Bolijn has extensive experience in the healthcare and social services sectors, currently serving as the Leidinggevende zorg & welzijn thuis- en ouderenzorg at ZorgSaam Zorggroep Zeeuws-Vlaanderen since July 2018. Additionally, Nicole has been a Teammanager en Coach at InRitme since January 2012, focusing on the continuous development of organizations in the changing landscape of social care. Previous roles include leadership positions at Warmande, Stichting dierenopvang Breda, and team leadership at MEE West-Brabant, where responsibilities encompassed staff management, quality assurance, and project leadership. Nicole’s early career included roles in youth care and social support, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Sociaal Pedagogische Hulpverlening from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and a diploma in General Entrepreneurial Skills.
