Joshua Cowgill

Joshua Cowgill has extensive experience in system integration and interoperability within healthcare IT. Currently serving as the Director of Interoperability at Zotec Partners since November 2014, Joshua oversees the integration of client and internal systems, enhances existing interoperability processes, and addresses data continuity challenges. Previous roles at Zotec included Team Lead for Mirth Integration and Manager of File Management/Mirth Integration, where Joshua developed custom HL7 interfaces and managed integration engineering teams. Prior to Zotec, Joshua worked at Orchard Software for over seven years as Host HL7 Interface Team Leader, supervising a team of integration specialists, and as an HL7 Interface Specialist, where Joshua designed and implemented HL7 interfaces for various healthcare systems. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Management Information Systems from Tri-State University.
