Marshall Solem

Marshall Solem is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management consulting, executive education, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as Principal Emeritus at ZS since January 2015, Marshall advises the ZS Management Committee and Shareholder Council, contributing to business growth and the development of senior partners. Previously, Marshall led Fortune 250 client relationships, achieving significant revenue growth through commercial strategies. As an Academic Director and Adjunct Lecturer at Kellogg School of Management, Marshall teaches executive education courses focused on sales force effectiveness. With a career beginning at Cargill and IBM, Marshall has held leadership positions at ZS Associates, where responsibilities included global P&L oversight and the founding of key industry practices. Marshall holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BBA from the Wisconsin School of Business.
