Noemi Rom

Noemi Rom is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, digital consulting, and innovation. Currently, Noemi serves as the Head of Sustainability Transformation, Head of Digital Consulting Asia, Principal Business Consultant, and Senior Business Consultant at Zühlke Group since May 2019. Concurrently, Noemi is a Guest Lecturer at Zürcher Hochschule der Künste, teaching executives about innovation and Design Thinking. Additionally, Noemi has been a mentor at ETH Zürich MTEC since January 2018 and previously held leadership positions at ewz, including Head of Innovation and Head of Strategy. With a solid background in renewable energy consulting at econcept AG and earlier roles at IDEO and SKGroup, Noemi holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zürich, and is currently enrolled in a Leadership Programme at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
