Besma Rahim

Besma Rahim has extensive experience in global services and client management, currently serving as Sr Director Global Services at Zuora since January 2014, where roles have included Sr Client Partner, Sr Engagement Manager, and Sr Solution Architect. Prior to Zuora, Besma held the position of Billing Solutions Director at Revol Wireless from August 2007 to January 2014. Earlier professional experience includes serving as Director of Professional Services at Sentori and leading the implementation of CC&B product-based applications at Convergys as Director of Professional Services in the Telecommunications & Utilities Business Unit. Besma began the career as Billing Director at ICS Information Technologies. Education culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
