Sangeeta Roy

Sangeeta Roy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and workplace experience, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Workplace Experience at Zuora since January 2024. Previously, Sangeeta held multiple leadership roles at Cisco from 1998 to February 2024, including Head of Digital Transformation for Customer Success and Renewals, and for Procurement and Finance, where Sangeeta drove significant improvements in process efficiency, employee user experience, and operational efficiency through innovative digital strategies. Sangeeta also demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale migrations and data management initiatives, notably overseeing the transition of custom applications to cloud platforms and implementing Master Data Management for customer data. Earlier career experience included a role as a Solution Architect at Cisco and as a Software Engineer at AT&T, contributing to the development of CRM solutions.
