Marius Ivanauskas

Marius Ivanauskas holds a senior executive position as Group Head of Transformation and Capability Delivery at Zurich Insurance since October 2023, responsible for implementing change at a global insurance leader. Simultaneously, Marius serves as a Non-Executive Member of the Board at Ignitis Group, the largest energy supplier in Lithuania, and previously held a similar non-executive role at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania. Marius has an extensive history in leadership roles, including Head of Global Business Services and CEO of Telia Global Services at Telia from 2017 to 2023, and Vice President positions at Danske Bank and Barclays, where significant efficiencies and operational transformations were achieved. Early career experiences include a Sales and Operations Director role at Festina Group and various positions at IBM. Marius holds an education from Kaunas University of Technology.
