Ellen Peak possesses extensive experience in recruitment and customer service, currently serving as the Head of Contact Centre Recruitment at Zuto. Previously, Ellen held roles as a Contact Centre Recruitment Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Ellen worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Verastar, and gained experience in hospitality as a Receptionist at Staycity Group and as an Event Coordinator at Together - loans, mortgages & finance. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Liverpool John Moores University, where studies were completed from 2018 to 2021, and attended Cheadle and Marple College from 2015 to 2017.
