Arash Arman

Arash Arman has extensive work experience in the tech industry, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Arash co-founded and currently serves as the CEO of 0+X, a high-end tech consultancy that supports startups and hyper-growth companies in scaling and overcoming complex challenges. Arash is also a founder and partner at Hyper One, where they focus on investing in and scaling technology companies. Additionally, they played a crucial role as a founding member of C/MIND, a recruitment team that was involved in hiring engineering teams for prominent companies like Truecaller and a FAANG company in Sweden. Arash's experience also includes working as an interim CTO at Bion Labs, a medtech startup that aimed to prevent cardiovascular diseases using machine learning. In this role, they studied human anatomy and developed a platform for collecting personalized health data.

Arash Arman completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in International Economics at Linnaeus University from 2009 to 2011. In 2023, they enrolled at the MIT School of Engineering to study Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, which they completed in 2024.
