Chris Wilsher

Chris Wilsher has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Chris started their career as a Software Engineer I at Zeda Ltd in 1997 and later worked as a Software Engineer II at Perot Systems from 1998 to 1999. Chris then joined i2 Technologies as a Software Engineer III from 1999 to 2002. Chris then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at BMS Ltd for a brief period in 2002 before becoming a Software Engineering Team Lead at Microlise Ltd from 2002 to 2006.

In 2006, Chris transitioned to 1-800 CONTACTS as a Software Engineering Manager and held this role until 2010. Chris was then promoted to the position of Software Engineering Manager at Glasses.com from 2010 to 2013. Chris continued to progress in their career by becoming the Senior Manager of Ecommerce Software Development at 1-800 CONTACTS from 2013 to 2015. Finally, they took on the role of Director of Enterprise Software Development at 1-800 CONTACTS in early 2015 and is currently in this position.

Chris Wilsher attended Nottingham Trent University from 1993 to 1997, studying Computer Science. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Leading Innovative Change from UC Berkeley Executive Education.
