Dr. Oluwatosin Samuel DADA

Dr. Oluwatosin Samuel DADA has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Dr. Oluwatosin Samuel served as the Vice President of The University of Abidjan from August 2022 onwards. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Academic Director and Head of Inter-Institutional Partnership and Collaboration, as well as Deputy Academic Director at the same university from December 2017 to March 2023.

In 2020, they joined 1 Million Teachers as the Country Head, and they are still actively working in this role. Additionally, they worked as a French and English languages facilitator at the University of Abidjan Language Academy from March 2017 to March 2023.

Dr. DADA also contributed their expertise to the Association of Business Executives, UK as a Member of the Global Advisory Committee from July 2020 to December 2021. Furthermore, they worked as an English and French Languages Consultant at the African Development Bank Group from April 2017 to February 2021.

Dr. Oluwatosin Samuel'swork experience also includes a role as a Stagiaire-chercheur (Research Intern) at the Centre Universitaire d'Etudes Françaises (CUEF) d'Abidjan from July 2014 to June 2015.

Dr. Oluwatosin Samuel DADA has a diverse education history. In 2006-2010, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature at Obafemi Awolowo University. Then, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master's Degree in Sociolinguistics and Psycholinguistics at Université Félix Houphouet Boigny in Cocody-Abidjan. In 2016-2020, they engaged in doctoral studies at the same institution, focusing on Sociolinguistics and Didactics of Languages. Following this, between 2019 and 2021, Dr. DADA obtained a Doctorate Degree in Strategic Leadership Entrepreneurship and Governance from Triune Biblical University Global Extension (TBUGLEX) in Brooklyn, New York.

More recently, in 2021, they pursued a Certification in Strategic Management: Business Strategy from Wharton: Competitive Advantage at The Wharton School. Furthermore, Dr. DADA obtained additional certifications, such as the 1 Million Teachers certification from 1 Million Teachers in June 2022, and an edX Verified Certificate for Business Strategy from Wharton: Competitive Advantage in December 2021.
