Through The Culture Works, Chester Elton focuses on developing engaging workplace cultures to enhance employee commitment and drive business results. Additionally, Chester is involved in the 100 Coaches program, aimed at inspiring positive change among leaders, and has served as a guest lecturer at Cornell University, where the emphasis has been on cultivating a culture of belonging and personal ambition fulfillment. Previous roles include Apostle of Appreciation at O.C. Tanner and VP of Marketing at Blair Television. Chester Elton holds a BA in Communications from Brigham Young University.
