Dr. Gary Crotaz, PhD ACC, is an esteemed international keynote speaker, executive coach, and founder of The Unlock Moment, a concept that highlights pivotal moments of clarity in decision-making. With extensive experience in strengths-centered high-performance leadership and change, Dr. Crotaz hosts 'The Unlock Moment' podcast and has authored 'The IDEA Mindset.' Currently serving as a strategic adviser at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and an executive coach at 100 Coaches Agency, Dr. Crotaz also holds board positions at Malt and various directorial roles at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance and Rambert Grades.
