Caroline Silverstein

Caroline Silverstein is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and development. Serving as Chief Development Officer and previously as Director of Development at 10,000 Degrees since April 2014, Caroline focuses on achieving educational equity and supporting underserved students in accessing and completing higher education. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Senior Program Manager at CRDF Global from September 2000 to August 2006. Caroline holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The College of Wooster.
