Eslin Rodas

Eslin Rodas, aPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in HR and employee benefits administration. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at 10,000 Degrees since July 2023, Eslin previously held the position of Account Associate II at Alliant Insurance Services, where responsibilities included managing health and welfare plans for over 10,000 employees and coordinating wellness events. Prior to that, Eslin led HR Administrative Services at The Pasha Group, ensuring compliance and management of personnel files.
