Lauren Gilbert

Lauren Gilbert has a diverse background in the education and training field. Lauren currently holds the role of Senior Director of Customer Success at 100Plus, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Connect America from 2018 to 2022, serving as the Director of Learning and Development from July 2020 to July 2022, and as a Training Manager from June 2018 to July 2020. Before joining Connect America, they were a National Education Consultant and Keynote Speaker at Big Ideas Learning from December 2016 to June 2018. Lauren also worked as an Education Program Coordinator at Brandywine School District from August 2014 to December 2016. Lauren's early career included a role at Cecil County Public Schools, where they served as a Mathematics Lead Teacher, Curriculum Writer, and Trainer from January 2006 to July 2014.

Lauren Gilbert's education history begins in 2001 when they attended Salisbury University. Lauren completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Elementary Education and Spanish in 2005. Later, in 2012, Lauren enrolled in Wilmington University, where they obtained a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in School Leadership/Administration in 2014.

In addition to their degrees, Lauren has obtained various certifications related to their field. Lauren holds the Elementary Education, Grades K-5 certification from both the Delaware Department of Education and the Maryland Department of Education. Lauren is also a Google Certified Educator. Furthermore, they have obtained the Middle School Mathematics, Grades 6-8 certification from both Delaware and Maryland Departments of Education. Lastly, Lauren holds the Principal and Assistant Principal certification for K-12 schools from the Delaware Department of Education.
