Laura Rojas is the VP of Delivery at 10Pearls. Laura has over 10 years of experience in project management. Laura has a proven track record of successful project delivery, including complex enterprise-wide implementations. Laura has managed projects for leading organizations such as RECOPE, FEMSA, Timberland, and Grupo Mutual Alajuela. Laura is an expert in agile methodology and has successfully delivered projects using this approach.

Laura Rojas's educational career includes a management degree with a focus on leadership from INCAE Business School, a master's degree in project management from Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional, and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Universidad Internacional de las Americas. Laura has also completed an advanced negotiation workshop from INCAE Business School and a Prince II Project Management course from DHL Training. Finally, they have a certification in Agile Framework from Prontitud Scrum Master Workshop.
