Yoni Balkind

Yoni Balkind is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and content marketing sectors. As the Founder and Director of Onyo Marketing since March 2022, Yoni leads a consultancy focused on content marketing for law firms and professional services. Yoni also serves as Associate Director of New Client Strategy at 10up since April 2023. Previous roles include Head of Lexis® Practical Law at LexisNexis South Africa, where Yoni oversaw the development of a flagship legal research product used by over 4,000 professionals. Yoni founded GoLegal in 2010, aimed at making law more accessible, and has held product management positions at DStv Online and CQS Technology Holdings. Yoni's educational background includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Wits Business School, an LLB from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a diploma in web and graphic design.
