Charles Yeary

Charles Yeary currently serves as the Recruiting Lead for Corporate Functions and US Commercial at 10x Genomics since October 2021, overseeing full lifecycle recruitment across various corporate roles including Finance, Legal, HR, and Business Development. Prior to this, Charles held several positions at Genentech from June 2016 to October 2021, progressing from Talent Acquisition Partner to Principal Talent Acquisition Partner, working with diverse corporate groups and focusing on effective talent strategies. Charles gained valuable recruitment experience as an MBA intern at Genentech, specializing in sourcing candidates across multiple technical and corporate functions, and has actively participated in diversity recruiting initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis, along with an MBA from San Francisco State University.
