Robert Walters

Robert Walters is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the life sciences and diagnostics sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director for Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa at 10x Genomics since February 2021, Robert oversees high-performance teams to establish commercial partnerships with major pharmaceutical accounts and distributors in these regions. Previously, Robert held various leadership positions at Bio-Rad Laboratories from January 2008 to February 2021, including Regional Sales Manager for Life Sciences across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and General Manager for Bio-Rad Middle East FZ LLC. Robert’s career began at Sylvean Biotech as Division Manager, where responsibilities included managing sales and logistics while conducting market analysis. Robert holds a degree from the University of Pretoria, where education was completed from 1999 to 2007.
