Bianca Powell

Bianca Powell has a diverse work history spanning over 13 years. Bianca started their career in the food and beverage industry at BENTO Group Management, where they held various managerial roles, including Operations Project Manager and General Manager. Bianca was responsible for overseeing planning, budgeting, vendor selection, quality assurance efforts, and menu creations. Bianca also managed relationships with clients and stakeholders.

After their time at BENTO Group Management, Bianca transitioned into the healthcare industry. Bianca worked at Integrative Physical Medicine as the Case Manager Department Chair and Office Manager, where they developed and implemented strategies to promote the company's mission. Bianca also handled employee hiring and retention.

Bianca's next role was at Florida Chiropractic & Sports as the Executive Director, where they focused on developing and implementing strategies to achieve the company's goals. Bianca also played a key role in employee hiring and retention.

Following their work at Florida Chiropractic & Sports, Bianca joined ATLAS Lift Tech as the Healthcare Operations Manager, where they managed programs related to healthcare operations.

Most recently, they have been working at SWCA Rheumatology as the Director of Operations, where they have been involved in long-term planning, coordinating different teams, and assessing department budgets.

In 2022, Bianca will join 10X Health System as the Director of Operations, where they will be responsible for ensuring the CEO's strategic initiatives are executed efficiently and expeditiously. Bianca will also serve as a professional intermediary between the CEO and executive staff, provide strategic counsel to teams, and liaise between all departments within the organization.

Bianca Powell obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida from 2008 to 2013. During the same time period, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university. Additionally, they obtained a BLS Certification from the American Heart Association in July 2019 and became a Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant certified by the State of Florida in October 2016.
