Martin Pladgeman

Martin Pladgeman has over 40 years of work experience. Martin began their career in 1976 as a Radar Mechanic at the Ministry of Defence, where they completed an Electronic Apprenticeship and worked in AECC for two years, mostly doing RF Calibration. Martin then worked a year on repair and test of Radio equipment. In 2001, Martin became President of Better On-line Solutions Inc. and in 2003 they took on the role of President and CEO of 10ZiG Technology, a position they still hold today.

Martin Pladgeman's education history includes attending Spencefield Secondary Leicester from 1972 to 1976 and Charles Keene from 1976 to 1981.
