Bernie Lontine III

Bernie Lontine III has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Bernie started their career at Lobster Barn in 1993 as a Head Chef, a position they held until 2013. After that, they worked at Applebee's as a General Manager from 2013 to 2016. Bernie then joined 110 Grill in 2016 as an Area Director, and eventually became a Senior Area Director in 2019. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at 110 Grill.

Bernie Lontine III earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
