Jocelyn Ruzicka is a Senior Storage Engineer at 11:11 Systems, with a career spanning over two decades in storage and backup technologies. Ruzicka has extensive experience troubleshooting complex issues in various environments, including UNIX and Windows, and managing high-visibility incidents involving advanced storage devices like EMC, NetApp, and Oracle ZFS.
