Kelly Squillace has a diverse work experience that spans over several roles and companies. Kelly started their career in 1996 as an Account Service Representative III at Philadelphia Federal Credit Union. In 2002, they joined SunGard Availability Services LP as a Senior Customer Service Representative, later progressing to become the Manager of the Billing and Customer Support Analyst Group. During their time at SunGard, Kelly successfully managed and supported a team of five direct reports and worked closely with external auditors to complete sample-testing under tight deadlines. In 2017, they took on a Supervisor position at Sungard Availability Services, where they supervised customer support and billing operations, and later became a Team Lead in the same department. Currently, Kelly is employed at 11:11 Systems as a Team Lead Billing and Customer Support Analyst.
