Carolyn Lodge

Carolyn Lodge has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carolyn began their career in 2003 as a Member Services Representative at Les Bois Federal Credit Union. In 2004, they worked as a Media Buyer at Marketing Media Group before being promoted to an Account Executive in 2005. Carolyn then became the Director of Client Services in 2007, where they managed the Account Services team and oversaw client relationships. In 2009, Lodge joined 116 & West as the VP of Operations, responsible for agency operations and client financials. Carolyn later became a Partner and served as the Executive Vice President, COO, and responsible for management of agency operations, client accounts, and business development. Lodge also served on the boards of Idaho Public Television and Make-A-Wish Idaho as a member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, they were an Executive Board Member of the Boise Advertising Federation.

Carolyn Lodge earned a B.A. in Mass Communication and Journalism from Boise State University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they studied Mass Communication/Media Studies at the University of Idaho from 2000 to 2002.
