Richard Whitter

Richard Whitter has a diverse work experience spanning from 1993 to the present. Starting as a Co-Manager at The Food Emporium, they managed upscale supermarket operations with a team of 55 employees. Richard then moved into the field of human resources, where they progressed from a Human Resource Specialist to eventually becoming the Human Resources Director at 1199SEIU Benefit and Pension Funds. Throughout their roles, Richard demonstrated leadership skills, overseeing recruitment, on-boarding, personnel staffing, and operational infrastructure. Richard also worked closely with department heads and provided direction and counsel to drive mission critical initiatives. With a strong background in HR, Richard Whitter has a comprehensive skill set and experience in managing teams and implementing organizational processes.

Richard Whitter attended Baruch College from 1988 to 1993 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
