Strategy Director, Customer Experience at 11:FS

Kate Moody is an experienced professional in strategy and customer experience, currently serving as Strategy Director at 11FS since September 2018. In this role, Kate applies Jobs To Be Done theory through mixed methodology research to develop and launch innovative digital services across various financial sectors globally. Prior to 11FS, Kate held positions at Savanta as Director and Associate Director, specializing in brand performance and customer experience through advanced research methodologies. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Research Executive at GfK, designing multi-market studies, and internships at Barnardo's and Wall to Wall, along with mentoring at the University of Oxford. Kate earned a degree in History from the University of Oxford from 2008 to 2011, following studies at Havant College.
