Vaclav Vacha is a seasoned professional in the field of finance and sales, with experience working for both Nike and 11teamsports Group. In their current role as Chief Commercial Officer, Vaclav leads and grows the sales and commercial team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Previously, as Sales Director, Vaclav coached and inspired their team at Top4Sport to drive sales and seek new opportunities. Vacha also has a background in finance, having held positions such as Finance Director and FP&A Manager, where Vaclav managed budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. With a Master's degree in International trade and International Business/Trade/Commerce from Prague University of Economics and Business, Vacha brings a strong academic background to their professional achievements.
