Grace Ogle

Grace Ogle is a seasoned professional in customer success and account management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at 120Water. Previously, Grace held the position of Customer Success Manager II at Hired until its absorption by LHH in May 2024. Prior to that, Grace was an Account Manager at Seismic and Lessonly, where significant achievements included a 174% retention rate in FY 2021 and a management of a $1.2 million book of business.
