Mike Schmelder

Mike Schmelder has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike started their career as a Network Administrator at RR Donnelley in 1992. In 1992, they also joined Air Products as an IT Specialist. Mike then worked at Cimbrian, where they held various roles such as Network Engineer, Project Manager, Vice President of Operations, and eventually became the President. From 2008 to 2010, Mike served as the Regional Manager at 2K Networking, responsible for the growth and satisfaction of the Lancaster and Philadelphia branches. Mike then transitioned to the role of Director of Information Systems at Lancaster Country Day School from 2010 to 2017. Currently, Mike is the Director of Technology at 12:34 MicroTechnologies, where they oversee service delivery and technology implementation.

Mike Schmelder obtained their high school diploma from Greencastle-Antrim High School from 1984 to 1988. Mike later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1991 to 2004. Additionally, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Educational Technology Leadership from The George Washington University between the years 2013 and 2017.
