Stephen Abrahamson

Stephen Abrahamson has extensive work experience in the legal field. Stephen is currently serving as the Vice President and General Counsel at 123Dentist since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Torys LLP from 2011 to 2021, where they held the position of Senior Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity, and Capital Markets. Stephen also worked as a Student at Law at Torys LLP from 2011 to 2012. In 2020, Stephen briefly worked as a Senior Legal Counsel for Strategic Transactions at Scotia. Additionally, in 2010, they gained experience as a Summer Law Student at Torys LLP.

Stephen Abrahamson earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Honours) in International Studies and Economics from the Glendon Campus of York University in 2006. Stephen then pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Ottawa, which they completed in 2011. Additionally, during the same time period, Stephen obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa. In 2004-2005, they also received a Certificat d'Études Politiques Européennes from Sciences Po Strasbourg.
