Eric Ku

Eric Ku has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eric co-founded and served as the Executive Director of iTrain Asia Pte Ltd, a digital tech certification body. Eric also co-founded and served as the Director of Asia Developer Academy (ADA), a leading coding learning institution. Eric was the Co-Founder and COO of iTrain Malaysia, responsible for strategic planning and daily operations. Eric served as the COO of 1337 Ventures, an accelerator and venture capital firm. Additionally, Eric co-founded iTrain Kids, an organization teaching coding to children. Eric held positions in Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, ACCCIM, Microsoft, and Asia Pacific ICT Alliance. Eric's expertise lies in digital technology, coding education, and ICT promotion.

Eric Ku obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1995. Eric continued their education and received a Master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Management Information Systems from Universiti Malaya in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained various certifications including Certified Data Science Specialist (CDSS) from iTrain Asia Pte. Ltd., BCS Green IT Foundation Certificate from the British Computer Society, CompTIA Certified Cloud Essentials Professional, CompTIA Green IT Certificate, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
