In this role, Soalen focuses on delivering proof-of-concept accelerators for clients like RHB Bank and FWD Insurance, while also enhancing the equity crowdfunding platform at Leet Capital. Prior experiences include positions as Strategic Program Manager at PropertyGuru For Business, Senior Specialist at kipleX, and Manager at CapBay, where Soalen developed innovative investment products and fintech solutions. Soalen co-founded and served as CEO of More To Life Sdn Bhd, establishing a platform for home equity release for the elderly.
