Amanda Pouchot

Amanda Pouchot currently serves as Brand Director for MET-Rx and Body Fortress at 1440 Foods since September 2024. Prior to this role, Amanda was President of Wow! Protein Donuts from June 2018 to August 2024, where the company produced high-protein, low-sugar treats available at major retailers. Amanda also held significant leadership positions, including Vice Chair of the Economic Development Advisory Board in Summit County, Utah, and Regent of the Board of Regents for the University of California between July 2021 and June 2023, where Amanda represented the voice of over 2 million alumni. Additionally, Amanda served as President Emerita of the Cal Alumni Association after a tenure of various board roles. As a Co-Founder of Levo League, Amanda contributed to building a career platform for early-stage professionals. Early career experiences include working as a Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company and an intern in the office of Senator Diane Feinstein. Amanda holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley.
