Emily C. Diaz

Emily C. Diaz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformational services and customer success. Currently serving as Vice President of Transform at 15Five since May 2013, Emily has led the development of Transformational Services and directed a team of consultants and coaches. Prior roles at 15Five include Director of Customer Onboarding and Enterprise Customer Success Manager, emphasizing the importance of organizational culture and employee engagement. Additionally, Emily has contributed to Innovate Raleigh as a member of the Advisory Board and Task Force, supporting local entrepreneurship initiatives. Previous experiences include founding More Than One Mask to aid individuals with social anxiety and serving as Head of Client Services at PBI, alongside facilitating expressive arts programs for underserved populations. Emily holds a degree in Sociology and Human Behavior Studies from Bard College and has pursued further education at NYU Tisch in Art and Public Policy.
