Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at 15Five, leading the R&D function by overseeing product management, design, engineering, and operations. With a strong background in product strategy and human-centered design, Jeff has contributed significantly to 15Five by launching major product initiatives and representing the company as a market-facing subject matter expert on strategic HR outcomes. Prior roles include various leadership positions at Bandwidth Inc. and previous experience in user experience and product innovation at Toshiba and IBM. Jeff holds a PhD in Psychology with a focus on Human Factors and Applied Cognition from North Carolina State University, along with several other degrees in psychology and philosophy.
