Garrett Beach has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Garrett started their career as an Associate Art Director at The Integer Group in 2009 and later worked as an Art Director at Big Bang Electrical from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Garrett worked as a Senior Art Director on various freelance projects, including a large-scale event for Microsoft. Garrett then joined Karsh Hagan as a Senior Art Director, where they developed integrated campaigns for financial and QSR clients and presented to client CMOs. In 2018, Garrett became an Associate Creative Director at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, leading a team to create immersive experiences for Toyota and Lexus. Garrett also managed international auto shows during this time. In 2019, Garrett joined Switch as a Creative Director, where they developed brand experiences and led a full-service team. At GBC Experiential, Garrett served as a Creative Director and consulted national agencies on virtual events, brand strategies, and product launches. Garrett also played a crucial role in winning the Kimberly Clark sustainability account. Currently, Garrett is working as an Associate Creative Director at 160over90, where they create experiential live events and activations for bluechip clients, collaborates with high-profile sports leagues, and contributes to RFP pitches.

Garrett Beach holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism from Butler University, which they completed between 2001 and 2005. Garrett later pursued a degree in Art Direction at The Creative Circus from 2006 to 2008. In addition, Garrett has acquired certifications in Manager Essentials Program from Endeavor and Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance from LinkedIn, both obtained in 2023.
