Alison Franklin

Alison Franklin is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on talent management and people strategy. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at 17Capital since September 2017, Alison collaborates with Managing Partners and Co-Founders to develop innovative talent solutions in both London and New York. Prior to this role, Alison held several positions at ICAP from February 2001 to August 2015, including Global Head of Talent Management, where responsibility encompassed Talent, Learning & Development, and Graduate Recruitment. In a dual role as HR Director for EMEA Global Broking, Alison oversaw the business partnering team and managed a significant client group. Additionally, Alison launched and led a comprehensive global campus recruitment initiative. Alison started their career at MGM Assurance as a Senior Recruitment Manager from September 1997 to February 2001.
