Case van der Burg

Case van der Burg, MPH, CHES, currently serves as Program Coordinator at 18 Reasons since August 2023. Previous experience includes a FoodWise Kids Intern position at Foodwise, where Case introduced elementary students to fresh produce and engaged them at the Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market. At the University of San Francisco, Case acted as an EIMOC Student Representative, promoting exercise awareness, and contributed as a Peer Health Educator, developing workshops on nutrition and exercise. Additionally, Case completed an internship at Project Open Hand, created educational materials, and worked in roles at Koret Health and Recreation Center and various organizations involving community engagement and support. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Jose State University.
