Helena Zindel is an accomplished professional in the field of cooking and nutrition education, currently serving as the Cooking Matters Assistant Program Manager at 18 Reasons in San Francisco since August 2021. In this role, Helena coordinates cooking and nutrition classes, manages volunteers, and engages with diverse communities, supporting over 3,500 Bay Area families annually.
