James Fleming

James joins us from Element Material Technologies, where for the last 7 years he has been responsible for the digital transformation and was part of the executive team that helped increase the value of the business by 7x during his tenure. Prior to that James held technology leadership positions at Victrex plc and Speedy Hire plc. Throughout the years, James has also been a part of Microsoft Product Boards, advising on the development of their global business solutions. He has been a regular member of the computing top 100 CIOs, was awarded MVP status by Microsoft for 3 years running, and has previously been named Microsoft Business Visionary Leader of the year.
