Caitlin Connolly

Caitlin Connolly has extensive work experience in HR roles. Caitlin has been working as the Executive Director of HR at 180 Global since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Relations at TBWA\\Chiat\\Day from January 2022 to January 2023. Caitlin also worked as HR Director at TBWA\\Media Arts Lab from September 2018 to January 2022. Before that, they held the positions of Senior HR Manager and HR Manager at the same company. Caitlin worked as People Operations Manager at GumGum from May 2014 to July 2015. Caitlin started their career at Publicis as an HR Coordinator and subsequently worked as an HR Generalist from August 2009 to April 2014. Caitlin began their professional journey as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Kraftworks from August 2007 to August 2009.

Caitlin Connolly obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from the Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2006, they participated in a study abroad program at The American University of Rome, focusing on Marketing.
