Rafael C.

Rafael C. has been in the workforce since 1999, starting as a Técnico em Eletrônica at Color Som. In 2003, they moved to Panashop in the same role. In 2004, they joined WMX Tecnologia - Panasonic in the same role. In 2008, they joined BNP Paribas Cardif, where they have held several roles, including Gerente de Operações, Coordenador de Sinistro, Especialista de Operações, and Analista de Operações. Rafael is currently the Claims Lead at 180° Seguros, a position they have held since 2022.

Rafael C. began their educational career in 1999 when they attended Colégio Flamingo and earned their Técnico em eletrônica. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Anhanguera Educacional and earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in São Paulo. In 2014, they received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Centro Universitário Plínio Leite in Seguros.
