Adam Pollack

Adam Pollack's work experience includes:

- Chief Program Officer at 18Doors since February 2022, where they drive program vision, strategy, and outcomes to fulfill the organization's mission.

- Associate Vice President, Hillel Grants at Hillel International from July 2019 to January 2022. Adam successfully targeted philanthropic resources to turn around local affiliate organizations, built their teams, and worked towards financial sustainability.

- Director, Hillel Grants at Hillel International from July 2018 to June 2019. Adam directed the Hillel Talent Grants program and coordinated grant strategies across Hillel's 30 grant initiatives.

- Program Officer, Hillel Talent Grants at Hillel International from March 2017 to June 2018.

- Director of Engagement at Sha'ar Zahav from September 2016 to March 2017. Adam launched a re-branded, enhanced website and implemented a multi-faceted communications strategy.

Adam Pollack has a diverse education history. In 1994, they completed their high school education at Blind Brook High School, where they obtained their high school/secondary diploma and certificate. Following this, from 1998 to 2002, Adam attended Muhlenberg College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on French and Jewish Studies.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Adam furthered their education at the Jewish Theological Seminary from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Jewish Education, specializing in experiential and communal education.

In recent years, Adam has continued to enhance their professional skillset through various certifications. In 2015, they completed the "Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design" offered by NovoEd. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a certificate in "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from Coursera Course Certificates.

Recently, in 2021, Adam attended Arizona State University to pursue a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership and Management.
