Bernadine Drew Howard, MSW, LCSW, possesses extensive experience in the field of social work and program management. Currently serving as the Program Manager of The Problem Solving Courts at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court since June 2017, Bernadine has developed a strong background in probation and court services. In addition, Bernadine has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Aurora University since July 2014. Prior roles include Director of Counseling at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet from May 2012 to June 2017, Manager of Social Services at the University of Chicago from November 2008 to November 2012, and Licensing Supervisor at Lutheran Social Services of Illinois from 2004 to 2008. Academic credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Illinois State University.
