Beau Herndon

Beau Herndon has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Beau started their career as an IT infrastructure intern at ING Direct in 2010, where they provided application support. In 2011, they continued their internship at INGDirect as an IT infrastructure intern, specializing in application support.

In 2012, Beau worked as an SQL Database Administrator intern at Capital One. Beau gained practical experience in database administration during this period.

Beau joined Capital One again in 2013 as a Senior Associate Software Engineer. Here, they designed and developed applications and microservices, enhanced on-prem monolithic applications to scalable cloud solutions using AWS, and created automation testing applications. Beau also communicated directly with business and tech leads to ensure the delivery of quality products, developed and documented primary Bank Communication System, and collaborated with architects on high-priority projects.

From 2015 to 2018, Beau co-founded and served as the Chief Technology Officer at Vison LLC. Beau played a crucial role in establishing the company and overseeing technology-related operations.

In 2017, Beau founded Petshack LLC, where they focused on business and product development. Beau successfully led the company in its early stages.

Beau also served as a Board Member on the Board of Directors at Lift for Life Academy High School starting in 2018, contributing to the school's strategic direction.

From 2016 onwards, Beau served as a Board of Advisors for AUDRA, providing business, communications, and technical advice to the brand.

In 2017, Beau joined 1904labs as a Sr. Full Stack Developer, responsible for developing and delivering software solutions. Beau later took on the role of Assistant Practice Lead (Delivery), guiding delivery teams as a servant leader and providing direction, recommendations, mentoring, and hands-on support.

In 2020, Beau became a Client Solutions Director at 1904labs, partnering with Business Development Directors to strategize and meet prospective clients' needs. Beau led presentations of proposals and helped secure multiple contracts for the company during the pandemic.

Currently, Beau is working as a Client Delivery Executive at 1904labs, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and guiding delivery teams. Beau understands clients' needs, proposes solutions, and facilitates teams to deliver in alignment with their goals.

Beau Herndon attended Messiah University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering, specializing in Computer and Electrical fields of study.
