Nicole Cummings has extensive work experience in customer service and sales roles. Nicole began their career in 2000 at Grand Circle Corporation, a leading international tour operator, where they served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Service. In this role, Nicole led a complex and multi-channel service organization, successfully surpassing operational and customer satisfaction targets. Nicole was responsible for overseeing up to 175 associates and managing a budget of $10.5 million.
In 2016, Nicole joined 1A Auto as the Director of Customer Service.
Nicole Cummings attended Bridgewater State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Science/Management.
