Role Overview: As a Project Manager at 1app Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting both quality and deadline expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Execute projects according to the project plan, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

2. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including development, design, and marketing, to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

3. Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.
• Proactively address issues as they arise, implementing solutions to ensure project success.

4. Stakeholder Communication:

• Regularly communicate project status, milestones, and potential risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide timely and comprehensive project reports to management and other relevant stakeholders.

5. Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
